Our MMA Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to train your entire body in one session, with the focus on endurance, power, and strength. Along with physical endurance, you also build mental fortitude to push through the fatigue, which develops your mental toughness!

The workout consists of a warmup, 5 full 3 and a half minute rounds of pad work and finish off with a circuit/HIIT workout with either equipment or bodyweight.

We focus on drills and skills to stand up sparring through kicks, punches, elbows, and knees. This program will teach you how to accurately and efficiently your hands, knees, elbows, and feet.
