VINYASA: If you are looking for something more fast-paced and rhythmical, this class is for you. We use a series of movements in a sequence flow to help you breathe in sync with every yoga move you make. It's a dynamic, fun, and reinvigorating session that works wonders!
HATHA: While Vinyasa is more of a flow of movements, Hatha is more suited for those looking into controlled breathing and posture. Not only will it improve your posture, but it also gives power to your abdominal core. The movements are slower and more intentional, improving your endurance and flexibility.
RESTORATIVE: This type of yoga is slower and more gentle and uses a series of 4-6 restful poses that are prolonged. In certain instances, we use props and therapeutic ways like essential oils, relaxing music, and touch assistance to help you enhance your state of relaxation. You can take it as is or pair it with the more challenging poses like Vinyasa.
