Our programs

What is the difference between Karate and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?+

Karate focuses on striking, stances, and forms with a clear belt path, and it is excellent for focus and discipline. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is ground based grappling and self defense built on control and problem solving. Many of our students train both.

Which program is right for my child?+

It depends on their age and what you are hoping for. Tell us a little about them on your trial and we will point you to the best fit.

Do you offer adult classes?+

Yes. We run dedicated adult Karate and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for every level, from complete beginners to experienced grapplers.

What is the Bully Proof program?+

A focused program that builds the confidence, awareness, and de-escalation skills that help kids stay safe. See the Bully Proof Program page for details.

Membership & logistics

What membership options do you offer?+

You choose what fits. We offer an ongoing membership you can cancel at any time, as well as 6 month and 12 month options. We will walk you through the details on your first visit.

How often should we train?+

Two classes a week is ideal for steady progress. As students advance, many choose to train more often.

How does belt progression work?+

Students advance through a clear belt path as they master skills, with regular gradings that give them visible goals to work toward.

Where are you located?+

Three studios across the GTA: Bolton, Mississauga, and Tottenham. Each location page has its address, schedule, and map.

Do you host birthday parties?+

We do. Action packed martial arts parties with games, belt breaking, and plenty of fun. See the Birthday Parties page for details.
