What ages is Kids Karate for?
Ages 6 to 12.
Is there a belt system?
Yes — a clear belt progression gives kids visible milestones that keep them motivated.
Will this help with focus and discipline at school?
That's a core goal. Respect, focus and follow-through on the mat carry straight into the classroom.
How often should my child train?
Two classes a week is ideal for steady progress.
Do you offer flexible class times?
Not all schools offer morning classes, it's mostly just evening ones (except during the summer).
